1. Where are your thobes made?
Our thobes are tailored in United Arab Emirates.
2. Is everything on your website custom made?
Yep, everything except our headwear, under wear, and accessories. It’s kind of our thing.
3. I just placed an order. Can I change the customizations?
Of course – if you’re quick on the draw. Just let us know within 24 hours; we start making your clothes after that and it’s too late to make changes.
4. Will you restock sold out items?
Pieces from our seasonal collections are limited edition, so get them before they’re gone..
5. I have some ideas for a thobe, can you do a custom design for me??
Your wish is our command.
6. Are the thobes dry clean only or can I machine-wash them?
Most of our thobes can be machine washed on a cold cycle and tumble dried on a low heat. To be safe, double-check the care instructions on the tag inside your thobe to make sure. All wool products should be dry cleaned. All of our products sell with more specific care instructions, please refer to them.
7. How do I check my order status?
Log into your account and go to your order history or feel free to contact us by phone, email, or whatsapp.
8. Do the customizations cost extra?
Nope. There’s no such thing as a free lunch, but customizations are only done through the tailor's visit service for free.
9. Can I feel the fabric before I order?
Absolutely, call us and a tailor will be at your doorstep where you can hand feel the fabrics.
10.How do you take measurements?
In order to make the best possible thobe, Bait Al thobe uses your body measurements to create a completely made to measure thobe that's meant to fit. If you are confident, you can follow the measurements guide on the website or Once your order is placed, one of our master tailors can take your body measurements and create a made to measure garment just for you. Alternatively, you can simply send in your well-fitting thobe. .
11. Do I need a tailor to take my measurements?
Not at all, but we highly recommend it, One of our tailors will visit you free of charge. Alternatively, if you own a thobe that fits you perfectly, we can collect it and capture your measurements from there. We’ll then send your thobe back to you.
12. Can I use the measurements from a thobe I own?
Yes! If you’re happy and confident to do things that way, then so are we.
13. How do I ensure my measurements are accurate?
Follow our handy instructions and you can’t go wrong. That said, there’s a chance some of your thobes won’t fit the way you want right out of the box; minor alterations might be needed. If that’s the case, we’ll cover the cost. We want to make sure you’re happy, so it’s a breeze if you order again in the future.
14. Can I see my body measurements in my account profile?
Yes, you can. Just log in and they will be right there.
15. Can I change the body measurements in my account profile?
If you need to update body measurements, please reach out to us and we are happy to help you or you can create a new order with new measurements.
16. Can I have multiple measurements on one account?
Yes, you can create different profiles and update multiple measurments for family members and friends.
17. PAYMENT & INQUIRIES
Our thobes are made-to-order and delivered within 4-6 days via Courier.All Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
18. Payment Safety
We take many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. We process all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third-party payment processor and do NOT keep full credit card information on record.
19. What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard.
20. What currency is used for transactions?
We currently only accept payments in UAE Dirhams (AED).
21. Do you have gift cards?
Not yet, but we’re working on it.
22. Can I use two coupons at once?
No, you can’t use two coupons at once.
23. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery will be in 4-6 days working days.
24. How will my order be shipped?
We’ll email you tracking info when your order ships.
25. How much is shipping?
Depends on weight and country of destination.
26. What countries do you ship to?
We would love to shup anywhere in the world, unfortunately, we are restricted to the below: Elevated Risk affected countries are as follows (subject to change): Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Mali, Niger, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine and Yemen. Restricted Destination affected countries are as follows (subject to change): Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Libya, Somalia, Syria and Yemen.
27. Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Shipments are delivered to a physical address. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
28. How do I change my shipping address?

29. Does Courier require a signature on delivery?
Yep. They’re fancy that way.
30. Can I rush my order?
Unfortunately, no. You can’t rush greatness.

Our HQ is located in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
32. Will I have to pay taxes?
Depending on where you ship to or if you change your shipping destination, you may be required to pay additional taxes or duties based on the taxation requirements of the destination.
33. Do you make thobes for children?
Yes!
34. How can I return/exchange my order?
All products to be exchanged or returned should meet the conditions of the return and exchange policy.
